Sporty Guy...

Today I will share my DT card for

Crafty Catz

with you guys

We got a simple challenge for you this week

Anything Goes

We got The Paper Nest Dolls as our sponsor this week

The Paper Nest Dolls are a collection of original artwork, all done hand, by Christine Young the founder. All artwork is unique and inspired by one of Christine Young's children and then turned into a rubber or digital stamp.

Prize is $25 to the Paper Nest Dolls

I used Boy Snowboarder from Kenny K for this card.

I have coloured with ProMarkers and Faber Castell pencils. Papers are a mix of different manufactures like Bella BLVD, MME, BoBunny and Jillibean Soup.

I die cut the snowflakes and used a white and red brad in the middle. Also used a sticker from Simple Stories. I hope you pop by Crafty Catz and play along with us this week. My team mates have put up a great selection of projects this week. I am sure you don´t want to miss that!

Something stamped....

You´ll find a new challenge over at
Ruby´s Rainbow

The theme for this fortnight is

STAMPING

(rubber or digital)

I have used two different rubber stamps for my project.

I made a matchbox and tried to make it feel summery.

The sweet little girl is a Bildmålar stamp and I have coloured her with my ProMarkers and Faber Castell pencils. The sentiment stamp is stamped with blue ink and then embossed with clear powder.

A little late...

We celebrated Midsummer in Sweden yesterday. I spent the day with my family and we had so much fun. Dancing "the little frogs" dance and eating more than you should. I totally forgot to post my DT card for Crafty Catz new challenge. I´m so sorry...

So here we go...

The theme this week is

STITCHING

It can be real or faux it dosen´t matter which! Crafty Catz are sponsored this week by Stamping Boutique who are offering our prize winner 3 digi stamps of their choice.

My talented team members have made a great mix of different stitched projects this week. Please pop over here and give them some love.

I used one of my favorite images from Elisabeth Bell called Pati´s Kisses.

I have stitched with machine around the edges on the pattern paper and the heart. I used some ribbon and white lace. Also added some polka dot orange ribbon, flowers and pearls.

The sentiment is embossed with black powder. It´s about friendship.

instead of an image

I have used two different digital images and

combined them into this focal point

I used Words 2 and they look like this

I kept the card very simple to make the sentiment the focal point. Only used pattern paper. Did some stitching around the edges and then 4 pink brads.

we had some warm days here in Sweden

and I have two more days to work before

I made a layout about one and only time I went swimming last year...

I think this paper is one of my favorite designs. It´s from Fancy Pants. Love the warm yellow and orange colours. I ripped the paper in two spots and added some green fun papers that made me think about bubbles. The green paper is from my scrap stash. Also added some fun stickers like the tab, circles and photo corners.

I don´t usually cut in my photos but I thought this circle shaped photo fitted the rest of the design so well. Also I think it make you have a second look.

DT card for Crafty Catz...

I have picked the theme this week over at Crafty Catz Challenge Blog.

This is what I made:

I used one of the images that Crafty Sentiment sponsored us with. She is called Kaye (spring Time).

I have coloured with ProMarkers and Faber Castell pencils. I made the pattern on her hairband with a white gel pen. I also moved the flower and put it in her hair.

This card took it´s own way. Will add some sort of sentiment later. Think the colours work well together. Make it feel like summer. I used two different dies, hearts and the white flowers steams. I also used a lot of punches, butterflies and the twigs.
