Best Dad Ever!

Hi peeps,

Have done a few projects but you have to wait a few days to see them.

But I have one card I would like to show you today.

A card I made just because I wanted to.

I have used an image from Di Digi Designs.

I love her images and this one is perfect for a Father´s Day card

so I added a freebie sentiment from Desert Diva.

I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I used paper from BoBunny´s paper pack called Boardwalk.

I also used washi tape with black dots and a button with some string.

and that´s what my post is all about.

here is a card I made using Home Improvement from KennyK.

I have coloured with ProMarkers. To match the background I tried make it look a bit rough using ink and frantage embossing powder. 

I played along with a sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday. It look like this:

Papers are BoBunny. Also used some red eyelets and 

a yellow and black paper clip.

Here is my inspiration project

I have used a stamp called

Pauly in Paradise

I also used a sentiment set called

Spring Sentiment Set

I hade so much fun making a card with this little fellow.

He reminds me about a cockatoo so I decided to colour him with white and yellow shades. I used ProMarkers to do so. I also wanted to play with the summer party feel to this image so I matched him with some awesome papers from BoBunny´s Boardwalk collection. 

I like to use a few layers on my cards and thought it was good idea to use an eyelet setter to make some "bubbly" holes so you can see the paper underneath. Also used a glitter pen from Wink of Stella to make the drink look even yummier...

I used a few different embellishments like: dew drops, shells, fussy cut from the pattern paper, mini clothes peg, buttons and paper string.

Beeing 8 feeling great?

Hi Peeps,

Saturday and a new birthday card made for one of my dd friends. She was invited to pool party today but it rained a lot. That might had stopped us but not the kids, they hade a bal. I used this super cute image from Di´s Digi Stamps called Izzy with pony. 

I have coloured with ProMarkers. I added some stitches and block letters with a black pen.

I played along with a sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I followed it but moved my image a bit to the right and added the emebellishment a bit higher up on the ribbon. 

I usded a three different papers. Starting from the bottom layer - Maja Design, Lawn Fawn and Fancy Pants. Also used red and with cardstock. The big number 8 is fussy cut from a design paper from Teresa Collins.

 I used a sweet stamp from Lawn Fawn called Critters from the past. I decided to not use any markers this time. Insteed I used a lot of different pattern papers. 

Here is my card. 

I also used a two stamps from another set called Year Two. The present and the party hat. I used glossy accent to make them shine some extra.

 I used a brown ink to stamp the palm trees. I fussy cut all the shapes and then glued them to the orange pp.

I embossed the Birthday stamp with black embosssing powder. I then wrote by hand Happy a bit smaller.
