Lawn Fawn Swap Card

 Happy Tuesday!

Today I want to share a card I made for a swap over at a Facebook group called Lawn Fawn Addicts. You had to make one card using something from the new released items - just add glitter, canvas and easel, art supplies or paint splatter background stencil. 

Here is what I made:

I have coloured the images with ProMarkers.

I thought it would be fun to have a cat painting a mouse picture. Think it turned out rather cute. Here is a close up picture of the "mice painting"

I have used a few different stamp sets:

To make the base of my card I used a die from Studio Light. It´s a Center Step Card die (SL-ES-CD14). You can make these yourself but I really enjoy using the die since it make it so much easier and quicker! 

I cut out the jar twice, once in cardstock that I coloured with my ProMarkers and once in vellum. Think it turned out great when you could see the brushes, almost like a glas jar, right?

A summer card

 Hi Everyone,

How are you doing?

I have been a bit quite. Had a lot to do with work and family gatherings for the last few weeks but now I´m off work until August 8th! So great!

Today I want to share a card I made a few weeks ago for one of my son´s teachers. A little Summer Thank you card...

I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I used distress inks together with a stencil for the background.

I mixed stamps from a lot of different Lawn Fawn sets to make this card. Think it turned out so cute and fun. I could see myself sitting on that rock eating ice cream, listening to the waves from the ocean.

My last card for Digi Doodle Studios Stamps

 Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all good!

Today I write with a heavy heart. I love this company so much but this will be my last card as part of their Design Team. My printer is broken and I can´t find one that will print the thickness of the papers I have to use for my colouring (or I can find one but not one that I´m willing to pay the prize for...) So for now I have to say goodbye to my DT friends.

For my last card I have used one of the new released images. This cutie is called Luke and you can find him here.

I have coloured with ProMarkers and then fussy cut Luke and his little friend.

I used some left over papers from my stash. I think the flower pattern one is from AC and the other green ones are from Kaiser Craft. I used some dies from Lawn Fawn to die cut the flower border, hillside, grass and the word hello.

Summer cards for teachers...

 Today my kids had their last day of school, tomorrow they can have a sleep in and start enjoying their summer holiday. I still got one more week of work to do, but that´s ok...

I have made a few cards for my children´s teachers and here is the first one.

I took inspiration from a card by Tammy Stark who designs for Lawn Fawn.

I have coloured with ProMarkers and used distress ink and a stencil to make the background panel. I have used some stamps from the new set called Pool Party but also some older ones. I love to combine stamps from Lawn Fawn - it´s so much fun!

I picked red and cream (inspired by summer tastes of strawberry and cream)

I have used one of the images from the set Love to shop. 

I have coloured with ProMarkers and I tried to make the pattern on her skirt look like the pattern on the paper. Think it looks pretty!

I have made a card to sent to someone to wish for a Happy Summer.

I used a stamp called # 932 Tropical Drink.

I have coloured with ProMarkers and used some papers from Polkadoodles. I thought these fitted the card perfectly, don´t you think?

I added a die cut flower and a sentiment. I also added 3 stamped pineapples. Just thought they fitted the theme so well.

A Birthday card using an image from DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS stamps

Hi there,

Can you believe it´s June?

Digi Doodle Studio Stamps 

has got a new challenge for you over at their blog. 

The theme is Boys and toys, 

and since it´s nearly summer here 

I got inspired to make a summer birthday card.

I have used this awesome stamp called Adrian and Cruz. 

 

I have coloured with ProMarkers. I used some different die cuts to embellish the card and I also stamped some sea birds. Papers are from Reprint 

and called At the Sea.

I used some clear stamps from Lawn Fawn to add the light house and the sentiments. I hope you like it as much as I do.

I got 4 more days to work with the kids in school, so it´s super busy to get everything ready and done for the holiday. It is going to be so nice to have a few weeks off.
