I had so much fun creating this Birthday Card! Hope you enjoy it as well.

I used an image from  our sponsor called Princess of the sea 

(Thank you Aurora Wings)

I had so much fun playing with this title:

SPLISH SPLASH by Bobby Darin

Sorry about the shadows, but the light was not on my side...

I built up the cards with lots of layers.

Cut out round shapes to make bubbles and then used a lot of glitter around the edges. Also splashed some mist to make it look like the water splashes.

Coloured the image with my ProMarkes. Flower out of cardboard, the lobster is a new die from Memory box (love it) and then a few dew drops.

I got to play with the

Sunday Best Teddy

I made an Easter card that look like this:

I have coloured with ProMarkers. Added a lot of little flower brads, pearls, candy (that I painted yellow with my ProMarkers), stitches with two different gel pens. I fussy cut my image.

CS & Papers: purple and white cardstock

Reprint - Sjung studenten

Embellishments: MS butterfly punch, small flower brads, yellow painted candy, alpha stickers from Studio Calico and a sticker.

Mid-way reminder....

Here is a little reminder about our 

challenge at 

Scribbles Design 

this month!

The theme is

Clean and Simple
There are many different kinds of card making styles and clean and simple is one of them.  However, not everyone sees clean and simple the same way.  For some it might mean an uncluttered design with lots of white space, for others it might be a very simple layout but with a few embellishments here and there.  For the purposes of our challenge this month, we'd like to see a very simple layout with either a minimum of embellishments or none at all, allowing the focus of your creation to be a well coloured image.  Bring on the white space and show us what you've got.

I have used this adorable fox

called Foxy Love

(I am so in love...)

For me this is a CAS card. Only one layer of paper, a sentiment and 6 black rhinestones + image. I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I must say that I love this paper too. It´s and old Senice Route.

First up

KennyK´s Krafty Krew

has started a new challenge

This fortnights theme is:

Anything Goes

optional twist: Shape up

(no rectangle or square cards)

I have used a stamp called Frieda Flapper

 If you want to celebrate something or someone, 

I think she is the perfect image for those cards. She simply look so happy, don´t you think? (I am also a big fan of the 20´s, could you tell?)

I designed a card in the shape of a bottle. I had a look through internet and found a bottle I liked. I draw it on a piece of white cardstock. Added different pattern papers and then cut it out. Glued it on black cardstock. Added Frieda Flapper and then cut around them to get the shape of the card.

This is how it turned out:

The sentiment is a freebie from Create with TCL. Thank you Paulette!

I have colour the image with ProMarkers. Added some sequins and put a red rhinestone in the middle of them.
