Now I want to share a Happy New Year card I made using a few different stamp sets from Lawn Fawn. I had so much fun masking to make these birds raise their wings in a cheer!
I have coloured with ProMarkers and used Distress inks to make the background. I added some stickles to their glasses to make them fizz.. I was planning to use some at the circles in the background too but was unsure where to put it so I decided to not do it.

I decided to leave the leaves white. I think that turned out really cool and also limited the colours used. I wished you could see the card in real the colours look so much brighter than on the photo (I blame snowstorm and darkness).

It´s almost Christmas,
I got 2 more days to work and then I got one day off before Christmas (yes we do celebrate on the 24th, we are a bit strange here in Sweden)
I´m nearly done with the gifts and then I only got a bit more to do with prep. food and candy. It will be good. I try no to stress to much but can´t help feeling a bit behind all the time this year.... I´m sure it will be Christmas anyway.
I´m hoping for a white Christmas this year (and it looks like it could happen) if my wish comes true I will try to enjoy it as much as these cute bears do!

I have coloured with ProMarkers.
I also made the background with distress ink and a snowflake background stencil from Lawn Fawn. I think this is my new fav colour combo!
I cut out a red wavy banner and embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder. The sentiment continues inside the card: and a Merry Christmas

I have used an image so kindly given to our DT to create with.
It´s called Christmas Sweater Seth.
I have coloured with ProMarkers. I then fussy cut the image and added him to a stripy pattern paper. I thought it would be fun to have a Christmas jumper in some non traditional colours to add to the festive celebration.
I stamped some other images to build up the little scene. I used stamps from Lawn Fawn. The die cut little lights are also from the same company, as is the sentiments I used.

I have used the new image called

I have coloured it with ProMarkers and added a few highlights with a white gel pen. I fussy cut my image. I tried to coloure the heart as one of the planets on the pattern paper (EP paper pad). I also stamped a planet and coloured that one in the same way as well.
I thought this image would work well on a Valentine´s card for a child or maybe on a "thinking of you" card.

I got to create with
I have coloured with ProMarkers and then fussy cut the image. I also added a few white stripes at his jumper with a white gel pen.
I have used a paper from a new to med paper brand called p13 and the paper pad is called Cosy Winter. I love the colour combo in this pad. The paper was a bit large for my card base so I cut it to size and then used the left overs to fussy cut the pattern and then add it to the scene to build it up. Think it turned out really good even though you can see the edges at a few spots.
Also added a few wooden stars at the top and bottom.

Realized now that I had now posted my DT card for

I wanted to show you the card I made anyway since I really love the way my background turned out. I used a shimmer powder from Nuvo and it really shimmers, even though it´s a bit hard to see on this photo

I have coloured with ProMarkers as always.
I used this very pretty pattern paper from EP. The 6x6 paper pack is called Baby Girl but I think it fits even older girls, don´t you think?
I fussy cut some of the flowers from the pattern to use as embellishment on the sentiments circles. Think it turned out really cute. Also added a few enamel dots. My favorite embellishment at the moment!
