I have used an image called Har Repotter gentle one. I´m so happy to be coloring this one since I´m a big fan of the Harry Potter books and I especially love Hagrid´s character. I used a quote as well. I sometimes think about this... since I have a tendency to worry in advance...

I have coloured with ProMarkers and I used some distress ink to make the edges look a bit worn and old. I used twine and tied a not at the side of the card.

It´s called Having a Good Time

I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I used 2 different pattern papers and I also die cute the sentiment out of black cardstock. I picked a sentiment that says "happy retirement" in Swedish. I thought that fitted this image so well, he look so relaxed and happy in is chair.

DT card for DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS

 Happy Tuesday

Today I want to share a little birthday card I made. I have used an image from

DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS

she is called Isabella Curly Girls and you can find her here.

I really like the bokeh look and I decided to try to make one myself using a few circle stamps I have. I think it turned out really cute.

I printed my image twice and used the second image as a mask when I created the background. I also used silver embossing powder for my Birthday sentiment and for a few extra sparkles.

I have coloured with my ProMarkers.

It´s not often I´ll make these one layered cards but I´m very happy with how this one turned out.

You´ll find lots of inspiration on how to used DDS over at their FB group and you also got a few more days to enter their Blog challenge - something starting with F (maybe a fairy?)

A Thank you card

 Today I would like to share a card I made using a fun stamp from 

Dr Digi House of Stamps

it´s called Dog Walking Doreen.

I have coloured with ProMarkers. I kept it rather simple. I fussy cut the image after I had coloured it. I then die cut some trees and added a pattern paper for the sky and a die cut yellow piece for the ground. I also fussy cute the speech bauble from another pattern paper and added the die cut word Thank You. At the end I added some black rhinestones.

Monsters Inc Birthday...

 I really like the current challenge over at

LAWN FAWNATICS

the theme is to get inspired by a book, song or film

there are so many great options here, don´t you think?

I decided to try to make a Birthday card inspired by Monsters Inc.

I used a die called Shut the Front Door to make the doors arriving at Monster Inc. I used the step part a few times to build up the frame and I used the door handle to make the light above the door. I then used some flowers from both Shadowbox Spring Add On and from the Woodland Critter Huggers to create Boo´s door.

I then used the Yeti from Yeti or Not stamp set to make Sulley and one of the peas from the Peas on Earth stamp set to make Mike Wazowski.

This is an interactive card since you can open the door. Inside you will find Boo of course and a bit of the sentiment.

I have coloured with ProMarkers, white and turquoise gel pen and a black fine liner. I used masking technique to merge to stamps for Boo. The stamps I used is the boy from Screen Time and Mrs Santa Clause from Ho-Ho-Holidays. I also draw the ponytails by hand. 

On the inside of the card I used the Scripty Birthday dies to add the word Birthday.

I have used an image so kindly given to our DT to create with,

it´s called Snapdragon Kokeshi Doll.

I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I used some pink ink and some stamps from a bokeh set (LF) to make my background a bit more magical. 

I added 3 butterflies and a die cut sentiment at the bottom of the card.

Here is my card

I have used an image from Bugaboo Stamps called Gardengal and Coloured with ProMarkers. I also used a black fineliner to make a knitted pattern on her jumper.

I used 2 different pattern paper and I die cut some flowers, twigs and sentiment.

At the top I added a ribbon with a metal charm.

DT card for SCRIBBLES DESIGN

 Hi there,

Today I want to share a card I have made for our new challenge over at

SCRIBBLES DESIGN

This month we want to see some spring themed creations as our theme is

SPRING FLING

I have used 2 images from the store

#235 Hedgie with Flowers

and 

#648 Heart Tulips

I have coloured with ProMarkers and 2 gel pens (white and brown sparkle)

If you click on the image you might see the shimmer on his spikes a bit better.

I have used 3 different pattern papers that I had in my "left over" box. I think they worked well with the spring theme, both colour wise and with the flower pattern. I also stamped 2 banners that I die cut and then coloured using the same colours as on my image flowers. At the end I die cut the sentiment Happy Spring!

Another Birthday card

they celebrate 8 years today...

I have just finished watching their free mini course using one of the new stamp sets called Bubbles of Joy.

Here is a Birthday card I made using some of the creatures

 from Critters on the Savanna. I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I used a lot of Kraft cardstock for this card. I stamped a zebra pattern of the card base I also die cut the mountains, hills and grass out of this.

Hogwarts inspired Birthday card

Hi

Today I want to share a card I made for my dd 14th Birthday.

She likes the Harry Potter movies/books and especially Malfoy and she wants to be on team Slytherin, where this comes from I don´t know. But anyway... I decided to try to make a birthday card with a Slytherin/Hogwarts theme and this is how it turned out...

I used the "build a castle" die to make Hogwarts on the front of the card. I also used the owl from "Special delivery" to deliver a box of presents. Malfoy is made using one of the new "Tiny people" stamps. 

I used a stencil to make some bricks on the castle and pattern paper comes from KaiserCraft.  I have also used this fun "Waving Pull Tab" dies to make the owl  flap it´s wings.

I have coloured with ProMarkers.

On the inside I made another brick wall. I then used a lot of different stamps from Lawn Fawn to make it look like Malfoy has open up his box and using his wand to pick up all his presents. I also played with the Slytherins colour (green) and the symbol (snake).

I´m super happy with this card and I hope you like it too.

Today I´m sharing a new card I made using this adorable image from

Little Elijah

The sun was shining here in Sweden and the birds were singing when I made this card and I thought spring was here...

Today we got around zero degrees so I guess I have to wait a bit longer until spring is here....

I have coloured with ProMarkers and a white gel pen. I used some very old paper from Doodlebug and some dies from Lawn Fawn (sun, clouds and flowers).

I was lucky to get to play with Dress Up.

I have coloured with my ProMarkers and made this little Birthday card.

I used glossy accent for the spots on the dino. I die cut the ballon, name and number out of black cardstock. I also stamped, coloured and die cut the little banner at the top.

Dies and Punches

I have used some Lawn Fawn stamps this week to make a early Christmas card (but you who knows me will know that I prefer to make them all year around)

I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I used a few dies for this card to cut out the mountains, trees, all the parts for the car, the snow slopes and the little snowflakes.

I used glossy accent on the nose and some stickles to make it look a bit more like snow on the ground. I have also used white embossing powder and heat embossed the sentiment. At the end I added some pearls to the snowflakes.
