Last minute project

Hi there,

I would like to share a card I made using this months freebie image from

FROM THE HEART STAMPS

Faith designs the most gorgeous images and every month you get the chance to receive a new freebie as long as you play along. If you just find out about these sweet images. No worries you can buy the first one and enter and then you get the next one for free. You can also receive it for free if you buy other stamps at her shop for a certain value. 

April´s image is called Time to Bloom

and this is what I made

I used papers from KaiserCraft. I also used orange

 washi tape and three orange brads.

I have coloured with ProMarkers. I added one of the sentiments that came along with this image and also the pretty little butterflies.

Up in the top corner I added some flowers and two die cut branches with some berries. I cut them out twice and glued them on top of each other. Also added some faux stitches along the edge.

This is what I made:

I have used ProMarkers to colour the image. I used a white gel pen to add some sparkles to the snowflakes. I love this paper from Maja Design. Isn´t it so cute?

It´s for a special friend in England, she loves snowmen so I hope she will like this. I used a stamp called Mittens Snowman - From the heart Stamps

I have followed their theme from this week´s challenge as well. It´s a little bit hard to see but I distressed the edges with my edge scraper and than used black chalk.

Today I would like to share a new Christmas Card I made.

I used this months freebie image from From the Heart Stamps.

It´s called  Deck the Halls Birdbrain. You can read more HERE about how to get started with these challenges for the chance to receive next month´s free stamp! 

This is my card. I used the sketch from I (heart) card sketches but turned it around and added the sentiment: Merry Christmas down the bottom.

I have coloured with ProMarkers. Papers are from KaiserCraft´s paper pad called Holly Bright.

I used a die from Quickutz, wooden stars and red and white cardstock.

Hi peeps,

I love hedgehogs so I had to share with you this little cutie...

He was this months freebie over at From The Heart Stamps, he is called Prickles Says Hello. If you play along you´ll receive next months image for free. If you haven´t played along yet you can always buy the Free Stamp of the Month, play along and then get next months image.

Isn´t he gorgeous?

I have coloured with ProMarkers.

I saw someone that had made a card that had cut out a circle on the front of the card and then stuck the image inside the card. I liked that idea a lot so I had to try it myself. Unfortunately I can´t remember who it was, but a big thank you for the inspiration!

 

I used this sketch and a cute flowery paper from Jillibean Soup. I cut out a banner and wrote "Friend" on top of it.

I used wood embellishment. Think it turned out really nice. Get Creative has a challenge there you have to add flowers. So I got both wooden flowers and flower pattern paper. Last a few pearls.

This is what I made to get your Mojo going...

It´s a card for Mother´s Day. Used a cute paper with a flower pattern. I think this stamp is so cute... It´s this month´s stamp over at From the Heart, it´s called Apple Blossom Birds (Pop over and get it and play along and get a freebie for next month)

I have coloured with ProMarkers. The sentiment stamp says: If I could pick a Mum, I would pick You! It´s stamped with a brown ink and then embossed with clear embossing powder. Two different dies are used. A floral frame and the two hearts.  Butterflies are Martha Stewart punch. Few different flowers added as well.

A pink Birthday Wish

Hi again,

One of my dd friends had her Birthday party today. 

I got a few (my hubby would say many) Birthday cards in my stash, but do you think I got one that I think is fitting when I need one?

No, but that´s ok

it means I need to make one, doesn´t it?

So this is what I came up with today. I used a super cute digital stamp called Kitten Flowerpot, isn´t it cuter than cut? You can find it at From The Heart Stamp.

From The Heart Stamps also got a monthly progressive challenge and a weekly challenge. I´m going to add this into the weekly sketch challenge. This weeks sketch look like this:

I have coloured with ProMarkers. I added both die cut clouds, punched butterflies and fussy cut bird. Made some stitches around the image with a black pen.

A bit of spring....

Hi peeps,

it´s my Birthday today and I thought I would celebrate it with one of my favorite flowers.

I used an image called Easter Trio. It´s so cute but I chose to only use one bit of it. You can find out more about the challenge and rules here. If you haven´t played along with From the Heart Stamps before. You can still buy this one and then you will receive next months stamp for free.

I coloured the image with ProMarkers. Added three green brads. Chalked around the edges with a black ink pad.
