midway post for Scribbles Design

I think I like traditional coloured Christmas cards the most

but every now and then it´s fun to challenge yourself and create

something a little bit different...

This is my mid-way inspiration for you

I have used Woodland Santa and dressed him in a purple outfit. I love this santa image that Sandy has created he is adorable, don´t you think? and he works in any colours you can fancy....

I have used one of the images so kindly given to us

and made this little snow scene.

I kept it simple since I wanted focus on the image and the snowy background papers (EP). Only added a tree (die from Marianne Design) and some red twine.

I have coloured the snowmen with ProMarkes.

I sure hope this card brings some colder weather so we get a white Christmas!

FREE image of the month at From the heart Stamps

Hello there,

hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!

Today I would like to share a new Christmas Card I made.

I used this months freebie image from From the Heart Stamps.

It´s called Deck the Halls Birdbrain. You can read more HERE about how to get started with these challenges for the chance to receive next month´s free stamp!

This is my card. I used the sketch from I (heart) card sketches but turned it around and added the sentiment: Merry Christmas down the bottom.
