A new Top 3 and a new Guest DT spot

Hi everyone!

Hope you are having a good week. We are having a bank holiday here in Sweden. Today I have been helping my uncle planting trees. It was lot of fun and now I felt good to be able to help. When I got back home I found out that I got a Top 3 spot over at 4 Crafty Chicks! So happy and thankful. I also found out that they had chosen me to be their Guest Designer for June! So now I am jumping around here. It´s going to be lots of fun! Thank you girls!

We challenge you to make it round....

Yes, the new challenge over at Digi Darlas is to make a round card! And I can honestly tell you that was a challenge for me. I hardly never do anything else the square cards. Well after a bit of thinking I found two digi stamps that I thought was perfect for this challenge. I have used:

Digidarlas Soccer Girl 4 and DigiDarla's Soccer Ball. Can you see where I am going with this. Well.....


I used the Soccer Ball and made it big enough to be used as the base of my card. I then used the soccer girl as a deco on the card. I also made a lot of small balls that I used as deco on the CARD. This is what it looked like when I was finished:

 The Soccer Girl is so cute, isn´t she?

 Yes a lot of balls went on. Couldn´t stop myself I had so much fun, lol!

And here is a new Birhtday Card I made to a soccer crazy birthday boy.... I played along with Kenny K´s  Tic Tac Toe Challenge. I used the row with Digi Image, Twine, Sentiment and Pearls.

 

This is what my card look like a bit opened...

 Closed. I am not so happy with the name I think I have to swap it an make it in red instead. What do you think? or any other tips to make it stand out a bit more.

 The sentimen says " You never get old - just older"

Used my ProMarkers and Faber Castel pencils. Talking about that, red is a colour I find very hard to colour with and get any shades. Any more tips?

... Fridays I am in love....

Yes! It´s finally Friday and it´s time for a new challenge over at Crafty Catz. This weeks theme or this weeks´s challenge is INSPIRED BY A SONG.  I love this challenge there are so many great songs but it also makes it a bit hard to pick just one.  Well, I am sure you will manege.

I used a stamp from LOTV called New Hat, isn´t it just so cute?

I have coloured with ProMarkers and some Faber Castell pencils. I seen a lot of people putting a colour outside of the image it self. I thought I try that, but I am not sure if I got it right or not... Think it might need some more practice. Have made here dots a bit whiter using my trusty gele pen.

Used the same pen to make stitches around the star. Added a few black star brads, a button, some white pearls and a Jilly Bean Birhtday sticker. The papers are MME - big love of mine, lol!
