Fins, Feathers or Fur

It´s time for my second time to set a challenge theme over at Digi Darlas Challenge Blog. This week I picked Fins, Feathers or Fur. You can do anything you want as long as we see one of these elements on the card. If you want to challenge yourself even more? Try to use two of these options or a image of a cat in a fish bowl...

I used two different stamps from Digi Darla this week. You can find them here and here! They are called Cat in Wine glass and Wine bottle. I coloured them with ProMarkers and Faber Castell pencils, as I do most of the time....

 I doodle a bit around the card with a black pen and joined it to a word I wrote, it says Cheers!

Kept the card very simple, patterned paper, a journaling tag, two pieces of washi tape and some dew drops.

Just for fun

feels like it was a long time ago that I made a card just because I wanted to... So happy got a lot of creative things going on at the moment and I love it!!!!

 Got this little cutie from Crafty Sentiment a few weeks ago and was going to use it to join there challenge. But I ran out of time. So I jump into their challenge this week in steed. Their theme is animals so I embossed two insects flying around the girl swimming.  I have also used a sketch from YNS to make this card. The sketch looked like this:

I am actually entering Fun in the Sun at Pollycraft Stamp Challenge. I love their stamps and working on one more card using their stamp too. See if I get it done in time...

New challenge at Digi Darla...

A new challenge starts today at Digi Darla and during this month it´s me who has set the challenges.... I hope you´ll like them!

The theme for this week is to get inspired by an Ice Cream flavour. For an exampel you can make your card red and white for Strawberries and Vanilla or brown for Chocholate fudge...

 My favourite is Raspberry and Licorice so I made a pink and black card. Have made a new size that I haven´t tried before - it´s 4x"9".

 I have coloured with my ProMarkers and Faber Castell pencils.
Put some glitter snow on the ice-cream to make it look more real.

 I have used some washitape as well under the image. The image is the beautiful DigiDarla's Crissy And Ice Cream.

The little alphabet letters says Happy Birthday.

Pastel Challenge at Crafty Catz

Crafty Catz has started a new challenge today as well. Their theme is Pastel Colours. I can tell you that this was a challenge for me. I don´t seam to use a lot of those sort of colours but after a bit of thinking and starting over I made a card I´m very happy with. I might even try this again....

This is what I came up with, I used one of the new stamps from Polly Craft Stamps, they are called Lil Dumplings and they are so cute. I bought them all.... LOL! This one is called Fleur!

All papers comes from my local scrap shop called Scrapbutiken. It´s a mix of Maja Design, Inkido och Reprint. All Swedish brands. I coloured with my ProMarkers and Faber Castell pencils.

Embossed the sentiment with black embossing powder. Also used a Martha Stewart board punch.  The heart is a dies from Magnolia. I put some rhinestones on the flowers to make her sparkle a bit more.

Midway reminder

Hi there everyone,

Hope you had a great summer and had some great weather. I have had a fantastic summer with lot of fun together with my family. Now time is starting to run out and I have less then week until I have to be back at work....

But before that I want to just remind you that Scribbles Design have a great challenge that are still running.
