I have used an image called

X-Mas No1

I kept the card rather simple. I found this pattern paper and thought it would make a nice outdoor scene behind the singing elfs. So I coloured the image and then fussy cut them. Stamped Merry Christmas at the top.

Non Christmas image turned into a Christmas card...

I got so inspired by one of the extra challenges over at 

Beccy´s All Month Holiday Card Challenge

Day 10´s challenge was to use a non Christmas image on your Holiday card and you´re not allowed to make any changes to the image itself. 

I decided to use an image from a digital set over at Beccy´s Place. The set is called The Slow Lane and you can find it here. I also used a sentiment from another digital set called Dasher and Dancer and you can find it here.

Think it turned out rather fun, don´t you think?

I have coloured with ProMarkers. I die cut some baubles and added a bit of shine with some gold stars.

Beccy at Beccy´s Place has a wonderful challenge this month full of Holiday themed challenges, one new for each day. It´s been so much fun this far. Great inspiration and so many new techniques that I want to try out...

Day 15 - M for Mistletoe

I have used an image from  Power Poppy, I have coloured it with ProMarkers.

I added a lot of glitter on the red ribbon but couldn´t manege to get a good photo of it sparkling. Added a stripy ribbon as well as some faux stitches.

I went for another Christmas card using an image of one of my favorite Christmas flowers - poinsettias

I used some pattern papers from Maja Design, some green mirri paper, a spotty red ribbon and some green pearls.

Here is one of the cards I made at the Christmas cards Event I attended this weekend. I love to learn new things and this was a new fancy fold I learned it´s called Triangle Corner Pop Up card if you want to look it up. There are lots of great tutorials out there.

I have used a beautiful pattern paper. Some die cut snowflakes and trees. Also draw the light myself. Sentiment says Merry Christmas in Swedish.

Hi there,

Hope you had a great weekend. I had a wonderful weekend, spending my time at Christmas Card event in Mjölby. Learnt a few new folds and decorated some matchboxes, did some colouring in and a few Christmas card as well.

I have coloured with ProMarkers. I used a black tag and some papers with different card parts. I also die cut some pips (KaiserCraft) and a hammer that I cut so it would look like a screwdriver instead.
